Lighting the Night

Jiang Li received word from the palace that her father and brothers, along with Mu Yunzhou, were in danger on the southern frontier battlefield. She was asked to step in and take command as the General of the Cavalry. Jiang Li quickly mounted her horse and rushed to the battlefield. Upon arrival, she found her father and brothers fighting to protect Mu Yunzhou, holding off the enemy forces. Seeing Jiang Li, they insisted she take Mu Yunzhou and leave the battlefield. After a moment of hesitation, Jiang Li complied, urging her horse forward and taking Mu Yunzhou away from the front lines.
